What is Stripe and what details do I need to provide?

Stripe is our payment platform that allows us to to provide secure, fast and responsive payments to our translators within 2 Business Days.
It is extremely popular and is used by well established platforms such as Google, Amazon and Shopify. You can read the Terms and Conditions of Stripe here

In order to receive payment using Stripe you do not need to make a seperate account - but you need to provide some additional details to comply with KYC requirements.

These include:
Your name
Email address
Physical address
Phone number
Here is an example of what you need to provide:



If you register on a our platform as company as your are immigration agency/law firm etc you must provide some additional information to Stripe.
This includes
Your legal business name
Your ACN or ABN
Registered business address
Business phone number
The industry you operate in
Personal information of managing directors and/or majority shareholders

If you're not based in one of these countries there is no need to worry. We can still provide payment to you. Simply contract us directly with your account details and we will sort out a suitable arrangement.
