I no longer need an Interpreter/Translator!

If you've made a booking but no longer require it you can cancel the booking.

If the cancellation is more than 7 days before the booking, we will refund you to the full amount you've paid. No issues.

If the booking was to occur in less than 7 days you won't be eligible for a refund. This is to account for the fact that Interpreters/Translators may have already started to prepare for that booking.

A consistent pattern of cancellations prior to the booking date may be grounds for the suspension/termination of your account in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
