How to Search for Listings

Once you've made an account you can search for listings to find the service you need!

Click "Book Now " on the home screen to access the search function.



To find providers in your area, click on the search bar at the top of the page and select from the five suggested locations, or type in any location you want. You may use any of the following three formats for entering a location:

Zip code e.g. 2000

Town e.g. Sydney

Specific Address e.g. Level 2/63 Dixon St, Haymarket NSW 2000



To further refine your location search, you can move the map around after the results have been displayed, and also use the zoom buttons to get a larger area or more specific location.

To find the language for which you require a service, simply click the 'Language' filter and enter the said language. You also use the filters if you to indicate whether you want translating or interpreting services.



Once you've found a appropriate listing go to you book the hours you want/ or words you need to be translated. You also should choose the date where you want to service to be performed.

This will be sent to the Interpreter/Translator as a request to book. You can use the messaging function to discuss more details about the service you want performed. The Service Contract is formed once the Interpreter/Translator accepts the request to book.
